I am a qualified pharmacist and healthcare manager at a London Trust, bringing a diverse range of experiences from both the NHS and Government. My background includes national policy development in the Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit at the Cabinet Office, promoting innovation adoption at England, and managing hospital operations. I hold an MSc in Health Policy from Imperial College London, where my studies centered on the impact of artificial intelligence in healthcare and the challenges of scaling innovation.

Her expertise lies in digital innovation, addressing health inequalities, and workforce development. As a UN UK Delegate and national advisor, Reena spearheads transformation in long-term condition management and integrated care. Additionally, she mentors women in leadership and operates a travel consultancy that advocates for work-life and personal fulfillment.
Vishal Mashru​​
Head of PCN Medicines and Research

Vishal is the Head of PCN Medicines and Research for two PCNs in Leicestershire and also the ICB Clinical Lead for Medicines Optimisation. Graduating from the University of Nottingham in 2010, Vishal began his Pharmacist career in community pharmacy.​ He moved into commissioning in 2015 with Oxfordshire CCG and then over the last four years has been based in Leicestershire, most recently at Head of Medicines Optimisation for East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG.
