Yousaf Ahmad

A highly accomplished senior healthcare executive with extensive board-level experience, he has led strategic initiatives across the NHS and corporate sectors. He serves as a Non-Executive Director, Expert Advisory Board Member, Digital Health Expert, Global Pharmacy Ambassador, School Governor, and University Educator.

With a strong commitment to innovation and healthcare transformation, he plays a pivotal role in shaping policies, advancing digital health solutions, and fostering global collaborations.

Aditya Aggarwal

Aditya Aggarwal, Pharmacist and Deputy General Manager for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

I am a qualified pharmacist and healthcare manager at a London Trust, bringing a diverse range of experiences from both the NHS and Government. My background includes national policy development in the Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit at the Cabinet Office, promoting innovation adoption at England, and managing hospital operations. I hold an MSc in Health Policy from Imperial College London, where my studies centered on the impact of artificial intelligence in healthcare and the challenges of scaling innovation.

Reena Patel MPharm, PGDip, IP

Senior Healthcare Strategy Consultant, Leeds Health & Care Partnership- West Leeds PCN

Reena is a pharmacist, clinical safety officer, and senior healthcare strategist with more than years of experience in primary, secondary, and system-level. Her expertise lies in digital innovation, addressing health inequalities, and workforce development. As a UN UK Delegate and national advisor, Reena spearheads transformation in long-term condition management and integrated care. Additionally, she mentors women in leadership and operates a travel consultancy that advocates for work-life and personal fulfillment.

Vishal Mashru​​

Head of PCN Medicines and Research

Vishal is the Head of PCN Medicines and Research for two PCNs in Leicestershire and also the ICB Clinical Lead for Medicines Optimisation. Graduating from the University of Nottingham in 2010, Vishal began his Pharmacist career in community pharmacy.​ He moved into commissioning in 2015 with Oxfordshire CCG and then over the last four years has been based in Leicestershire, most recently at Head of Medicines Optimisation for East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG.
