OUR LANDMARK REPORT
The report Government said yes to.
Of everything GPN has published, this is the one we lead with — independent evidence that reached policymakers and was formally accepted into the UK Government's record.

Government Status

Black Homelessness & Racial Inequality
In England, Black individuals face a disproportionately high risk of homelessness — driven by structural inequalities that cut across housing, health, and social systems.
This report traces those drivers in detail and sets out an equity-focused action plan, built on independent evidence and the lived experience of practitioners on the front line. It was submitted to a UK Government call for evidence — and accepted into the official record.
01
Independent evidence base
Every report is grounded in original research and roundtable insight — not commissioned advocacy.
02
A direct route to policy
Findings are packaged for the people who can act on them: select committees, ICBs, and government departments.
03
Built with practitioners
Clinicians, researchers and policy leaders shape every recommendation before it reaches a government reader.
