Yousaf Ahmad

ICS Chief Pharmacist and Director of Medicines Optimisation, NHS Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System

A highly accomplished senior healthcare executive with extensive board-level experience, he has led strategic initiatives across the NHS and corporate sectors. He serves as a Non-Executive Director, Expert Advisory Board Member, Digital Health Expert, Global Pharmacy Ambassador, School Governor, and University Educator. With a strong commitment to innovation and healthcare transformation, he plays a pivotal role in shaping policies, advancing digital health solutions, and fostering global collaborations.

Minesh Parbat

ICS Chief Pharmacist, NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICB

Minesh Parbat is an experienced senior pharmacy leader with a strong background in strategic and operational delivery of medicines optimisation across the NHS. He is currently the ICS Chief Pharmacist for NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. He has led structured medication reviews in primary care. Minesh has contributed to national and regional pharmacy committees and is passionate about leadership development and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare.

Reena Patel, MPharm, PGDip, IP

Senior Healthcare Strategy Consultant & Principal Pharmacist

Reena is a pharmacist, clinical safety officer, and senior healthcare strategist with over 15 years’ experience across primary, secondary, and system-level care. She specialises in digital innovation, health inequalities, and workforce development. A UN Women UK Delegate and national advisor, Reena leads transformation in long-term condition management and integrated care. She also mentors women in leadership and runs a travel consultancy promoting work-life balance and personal fulfilment.

Shilpa Shah

Chief Executive Officer of the Northeast London Local Pharmaceutical Committee

Shilpa Shah is an experienced, award-winning leader in the Community Pharmacy sector. She is a pharmacist and Royal Pharmaceutical Society fellow who has worked in the Community Pharmacy field for almost 25 years. She is a Board Advisor and Advocate on the Inclusive Pharmacy Practice Advisory Board. Shilpa is also a volunteer Director of Branch Operations, a listening volunteer for Samaritans, a volunteer at Pharmacist Support, and a volunteer Healthcare Deputy Manager at Crisis at Christmas.

Pharm. Aisha Isyaku Tukur

Chairperson, Forum of Heads of Drug Management Agencies Nigeria & Executive Secretary, KADSHMA

Pharm. Aisha Tukur Isyaku is a highly accomplished Nigerian pharmacist and public health administrator. Serving as Executive Secretary of KADSHMA since December 2020, she leads significant efforts to modernize Kaduna state's medical procurement and distribution system.

Jason HC Cheung

Barrister-at-law (Hong Kong), Attorney-at-law (New York), FCIArb

Jason is an arbitration and cross-border litigation lawyer admitted in Hong Kong and New York, and serves as a foreign counsel in Japan. He practises in Tokyo and Osaka with Yodoyabashi & Yamagami LPC, and in Hong Kong from Albert Luk’s Chambers. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He teaches public international law at Doshisha University, and his academic work centres on international dispute resolution, international arbitration, and the interaction between international relations and public international law. His research interests also extend to historical legal frameworks, including Tokugawa village law.

Dr Taghreed Al-Ghaith

Assistant Chief Executive Officer for the Health Promotion Sector – Public Health Authority (Weqaya)

Leads multidisciplinary teams in developing policies, interventions, and health programs aimed at preventing chronic diseases, controlling associated risk factors, and reducing related mortality. Her expertise centers around health policy, national health strategies, and health economics, with a strong commitment to contributing to the development of a sustainable and efficient healthcare system focused on prevention and improving quality of life, in alignment with public health objectives and Saudi Vision 2030.
