With a strong commitment to innovation and healthcare transformation, he plays a pivotal role in shaping policies, advancing digital health solutions, and fostering global collaborations.

Reena is a pharmacist, clinical safety officer, and senior healthcare strategist with over 15 years’ experience across primary, secondary, and system-level care. She specialises in digital innovation, health inequalities, and workforce development. A UN Women UK Delegate and national advisor, Reena leads transformation in long-term condition management and integrated care. She also mentors women in leadership and runs a travel consultancy promoting work-life balance and personal fulfilment.​​​​​

Minesh Parbat

ICS Chief Pharmacist, NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICB

Minesh Parbat has worked in senior leadership positions within the NHS and led medicines optimisation projects strategically and operationally. He is currently ICS Chief Pharmacist, NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. Minesh practised as an independent prescribing pharmacist and structured medication reviews in GP Practice for over 10 years. As a visiting lecturer at various academic institutions, he engaged students in research projects and audit initiatives. He has served on several pharmacy-related committees to support the progression of the pharmacy profession and has a keen interest in leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion across healthcare.

Chairperson, Forum of Heads of Drug Management Agencies Nigeria & Executive Secretary, KADSHMA

Pharm. Aisha Tukur Isyaku is a Nigerian pharmacist and public health administrator serving as Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency (KADSHMA) since December 2020, leading efforts to modernize the state’s medical procurement and distribution system . She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Ahmadu Bello University (1985) and a postgraduate diploma in Public Health from the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists . A former State Chair of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria in Kaduna, she has over three decades of experience across public and private health sectors, including as Executive Director at Ama Pharmaceuticals and Principal Pharmacist at Yusuf Dantsoho Hospital . As State Ameerah of FOMWAN Kaduna chapter since 2019, she combines professional leadership with community-driven advocacy .

Chief Executive Officer of the Northeast London Local Pharmaceutical Committee

Shilpa Shah is an experienced, award winning leader in the Community Pharmacy sector. She is a pharmacist and  Royal Pharmaceutical Society fellow, who has worked in the Community Pharmacy field for almost 25 years. She is a Board Advisor and Advocate on the Inclusive Pharmacy Practice Advisory Board. Shilpa also holds senior voluntary positions at several charities, she is a volunteer Director of Branch Operations and a listening volunteer for Samaritans, a volunteer at Pharmacist Support, and a volunteer Healthcare Deputy Manager at Crisis at Christmas.

Barrister-at-law (Hong Kong), Attorney-at-law (New York)

Jason is an arbitration and cross-border litigation lawyer admitted in Hong Kong and New York, and serves as a foreign counsel in Japan. He practises in Tokyo and Osaka with Yodoyabashi & Yamagami LPC, and in Hong Kong from Albert Luk’s Chambers. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He teaches public international law at Doshisha University, and his academic work centres on international dispute resolution, international arbitration, and the interaction between international relations and public international law. His research interests also extend to historical legal frameworks, including Tokugawa village law.

Zafar Iqbal

Vice President of UK Faculty of Public Health, Associate Medical Director Public Health at and NHS Trust

Professor Zafar Iqbal is Vice President of the UK Faculty of Public Health and Associate Medical Director for Public Health at an NHS Trust. With a background spanning clinical practice, leadership and policy, he brings extensive experience in population health and healthcare delivery. He has held national roles including Chair of the NHS Provider Public Health Network and member of the NHS England Health Checks Clinical Expert Committee, and has contributed to public mental health through the Royal College of Psychiatrists. A former Director of Public Health and Medical Director, he has led work to tackle health inequalities in some of the most deprived communities. He is also a Visiting Professor and an experienced mentor, with a strong interest in developing future public health leaders.
