Black Homelessness & Racial Inequality
In England, Black individuals face a disproportionately high risk of homelessness — driven by structural inequalities that cut across housing, health, and social systems.
This report traces those drivers in detail and sets out an equity-focused action plan, built on independent evidence and the lived experience of practitioners on the front line. It was submitted to a UK Government call for evidence — and accepted into the official record.
