Research that reaches the
desks of government.
Every GPN report begins a high-level roundtable and ends with recommendations built for action — evidence that has been read, cited, and in our proudest cases, formally accepted by the UK Government.

Black Homelessness & Racial Inequality
In England, Black individuals face a disproportionately high risk of homelessness — driven by structural inequalities that cut across housing, health, and social systems.
This report traces those drivers in detail and sets out an equity-focused action plan, built on independent evidence and the lived experience of practitioners on the front line. It was submitted to a UK Government call for evidence — and accepted into the official record.
Parliamentary Evidence · Published and Cited.
Global Policy Network’s submitted evidence to the House of Commons Women and Equalities Committee’s inquiry into Black people’s experience of homelessness was published and cited in the Committee’s final report, Black people’s experiences of homelessness, published on 15th July 2026.
